Incredible experience for my 2 and 4 year old and Dr Bayless’ office in Monterey for pediatric dentistry. Our second time and seeing both him and Dr Jack was very memorable. Quick, fun, and painless cleanings and Xrays by Johnna and Angela, followed by magic tricks and Dino brushing. My little girl even brought her Polaroid back to the appt, she loved it so much. My experience with the front desk is always really positive and Atia and Janay are VERY kind and patient. Looking forward to our next appt.

This was our first visit. My boys are 4 and 6, they loved Dr Bayless! Excellent chair side manner and he even did a few magic tricks. The assistants in the office were also very nice and great with children. We were greeted with a warm smile and very pleasant staff. Glad we found this place!

My experiences at a Dental office were never this impressive, thoughtful and personal! I am so glad my two children can go here. The staff is friendly and truly take the time to know each person regardless of age that walks into their office, no one is just a patient to get in and out. They go beyond what is required. They are an amazing team. Dr. Bayless is not only knowledgeable but you can tell he enjoys his profession but he has a team that thoroughly enjoys it as well, very passionate people!

I was very impressed with the saftey precautions that Dr. Bayless and his team have implemented in response to the COVID 19 pandemic. They have a well organized, socially distanced procedure from arrival to check out and have installed state-of-the-art sanitizing equipment in the treatment area. Dr. Bayless and his team have always provided excellent dental care to my daughters. They continue to do so now in a responsible and safe environment. Thank you Dr. Bayless!

Fantastic Dentist and staff! Our kids have been patients of Dr. Bayless for the last 15 years and I can't imagine taking my kids anywhere else. He goes the extra mile to make a comfortable place for parents and kids. Couldn't ask for anything better.

I took my four year old to see Dr. Bayless yesterday for a cleaning and exam. Our experience was amazing. The front desk staff was very welcoming, as was the hygienist. My son was a little bit nervous, but everyone spoke to him in a way that made him feel so special and grown up. Dr. Bayless was amazing, and every step of the way explained what was happening in a super kid friendly manner. He even showed my son a magic trick. After we left, my son was so proud of himself and said, “The dentist is so cool, Mom!!” He wanted to play dentist when we got home, and set out the contents of his goodie bag (toothbrush, toothpaste, flosser, prize) on the table and re-enacted our whole visit on me and his brother. Now he’s telling everyone he wants to be a dentist when he grows up. I could not say enough good things about this dentist and the whole staff. Highly recommend to anyone, especially if you have nervous little ones.
